Bethany Allison, LISW-S

Bethany Allison is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in the state of Ohio. Bethany earned her master’s degree in Social Work at Miami University, as well as her bachelor’s degree, with specializations in child development and working with children and families. 

Bethany has also completed intensive training in Trauma Responsive Care (Level 2 TRC Certified), Trust-based Relational Intervention (TBRI Practitioner), Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Play Therapy (Clinical Phase 3), School-Based Mental Health & Positive Youth Development. Bethany has been working with children and their families for over eight years in various settings, including the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and the Butler County Educational Service Center. 

Bethany oversaw Catalyst’s school-based partnership with Hamilton City School as District Lead for the past two years before stepping into the role of Director of Community Relations and now Director of School-based Programming, overseeing and equipping the school-based teams. With a background in research and macro social work, she is passionate about creating healthy environments for her teams to thrive.

Outside of the office Bethany enjoys spending time with her family. She is an active member of her community and church.
