Bekka Crouch graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and certificates in Correctional Rehabilitation and Forensic Populations. Bekka is pursuing her Master’s of Social Work from Miami University and anticipates graduating in May 2025.
Bekka is passionate about helping students and adolescents with their mental health. Bekka has previously worked in education as a preschool teacher, substitute teacher, and substitute paraprofessional. Bekka also spent two years working and interning as a case manager and behavior interventionist at the Warren County Learning Center with a high-need student population who have oppositional defiant disorder, attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and autism spectrum disorder, amongst other mental and behavioral health, educational, and systematic concerns. Additionally, Bekka is currently completing her internship with Sojourner Recovery Services, an addiction and mental health clinic for adults.
Bekka is certified in trauma-responsive care by the Tristate Trauma Network and prioritizes being trauma-informed. She is also a registered applicant for the Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Certificate. Additionally, Bekka holds a student membership with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Outside of work and school, Bekka works seasonally with the Middletown High School Marching Band as an assistant percussion director and enjoys spending time with her partner and their three cats, Bruce, Kiki, and Goose.
