Nicole Bailey, MA., MSSA., OCPS., LISW

Nicole Bailey is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. Nicole received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University. She continued her education, completing a dual degree program at Case Western Reserve University, graduating with a Masters in Bioethics and Masters of Science in Social Administration. Nicole has also studied Public Policy at Harvard University and Utrecht University.  Additionally, Nicole has a Clinical Hypnotherapy certification through the Cleveland Clinic and has a certification as an Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist (OCPS). 

Nicole brings a wealth of experience to her practice. She commenced her career providing comprehensive therapeutic services for the rehabilitation of adolescents, adults, and delinquent substance abusers. She is dedicated to supporting clients and families in need of mental health interventions to stabilize symptoms of mental health disorders.

Nicole employs a diverse set of evidence-based treatment techniques, including:

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Approaches

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Family Therapy

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

Beyond her therapeutic expertise, Nicole is actively engaged in teaching Prevention Science. Through her insightful approach, she adeptly identifies protective and risk factors.
